Service includes: The service covers the standard performance of the ordered service by one technician within one clock hour. Billing is calculated to the nearest 15 minutes of work started on a given order.
The scope of the service includes: Activities related to repairing the product in accordance with the accepted and confirmed service order, inspection after the repair has been carried out
The service does not include: Spare parts and components necessary to carry out the repair of the product, travel to the place where the service is performed.
