Service applies to: hydromassage systems installed on bathtubs whose longest side exceeds 160 cm, as well as symmetrical, semi-round and round bathtubs.
Service includes: cleaning and disinfection of the hydromassage water system, cleaning, disinfection and descaling of the nozzles and other hydromassage system components, removal and installation of the hydromassage nozzles (if there is no risk of damaging them).
The scope of the service includes: training on device care, technical advice.
The service does not include: disinfectants recommended by Excellent: Forte 300 ml disinfectant liquid and professional Starter Set disinfectant foam, work related to repairing the device if a defect is found, refurbishment and cleaning of the bathtub, removal and installation of the nozzles if there is a risk of damaging them – this is assessed on-site by the technician, travel to the place where the service is performed.
