What to look for when choosing a toilet bowl

Choosing the right toilet bowl is a decision that affects not only comfort, but also the hygiene and appearance of the whole bathroom. It's worth paying attention to a few key aspects:

• Type of installation – the most popular are wall-hung bowls, which visually enlarge the space and make it easier to keep the area under the toilet clean.

• Rimless construction – the absence of an inner rim means better hygiene and easier cleaning, since limescale and bacteria have nowhere to build up.

• Bowl length and shape – shorter models (around 48–49 cm) fit small bathrooms perfectly, while larger ones (52–55 cm) offer more comfort in use.

• Toilet seat – it's worth choosing a soft-close version, shaped to match the specific bowl model.

• Design and colour – white gloss is a classic, but modern arrangements increasingly feature matte, black or grey shades.

A well-chosen toilet bowl combines ergonomics, durability and style. And when you choose the Excellent brand, you can be sure that every detail has been refined with everyday comfort in mind.

Doto – a variety of sizes and perfect hygiene

The Doto series is one of the most popular in the Excellent range. Its strength lies in a wide choice of sizes and refined design, which works in any bathroom – from small to spacious.

The models available in the line are:

• Doto D 54 – 54 cm toilet bowl, classic shape, rimless, with a matching slim soft-close seat;

• Doto D 48 – classic bowl shape, a compact 48 cm variant, ideal for smaller interiors, slim soft-close seat;

• Doto S 49 – rimless bowl, modern form with bold lines, 49 cm long, slim soft-close seat.

Each one is made of high-quality ceramics and features Rimless technology, which eliminates hard-to-reach spots, making it easier to keep clean.
An additional advantage is the option to match it with Excellent soft-close seats, perfectly fitted to the shape of the bowl.

The Doto series combines modern design, ease of use and hygienic solutions, making it a perfect fit for the needs of today's bathrooms.
